Warranty Policy

At LMX-Digital we offer a 365 (three hundred sixty-five) day Warranty to help you resolve issues related to delivery, access, installation, and activation of digital products.

This warranty is focused on support and resolution. When appropriate, we may offer replacement of the digital product.

The refund is governed by our Refund Policy.


1) Warranty period

The warranty is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

2) What this warranty covers

The warranty covers, among others, the following cases:

  • Non-receipt of the product (email not received or access unavailable), after verification with support.
  • Access issues to the digital content (link, file, or account area), when applicable.
  • Installation problems following the provided instructions.
  • Activation problems (for example: activation error, invalid or already used key), when applicable.
  • Corrupt or incomplete file (when the product is a digital file).
  • Incorrect product (for example: version/edition/platform different from the advertised one).

3) What this warranty DOES NOT cover

The warranty does not cover (or may limit the solution) when the problem is due to:

  • Incompatibility with the unsupported device or system, when that limitation is stated on the product page (for example: macOS, Android, Chromebook, Windows Server, etc.).
  • Misuse, attempted use outside the product conditions or violation of the terms of use.
  • Hardware changes or reinstallations on a different device, when the product is valid only for one device.
  • Problems caused by third-party software, advanced configurations or non-standard environments (for example: virtual machines, activators, system modifications), when they affect activation/use.
  • Cases with reasonable indications of fraud, abuse or duplicate claims.

4) Solutions we offer

Depending on the case, we may offer one or more of the following solutions:

  • Guided support (step by step) for installation/activation/access.
  • Resending of the email, links, files or instructions.
  • Correction of delivery (for example, sending the correct product).
  • Replacement of the key/license or digital file, when applicable.

Important: Refund is not automatically part of the warranty.

5) How to activate the warranty (step by step)

To expedite assistance, include:

  • Name and email used in the purchase
  • Order number (if you have it)
  • Purchased product
  • Clear description of the problem
  • Screenshots / error messages (if applicable)
  • System/device information (for example: Windows 10/11, edition, 32/64 bits), when applicable

Suggested subject: WARRANTY 365 – Order #XXXX

Step 3: Response

We usually respond within 24–48 hours. In some cases, we may request additional information to validate the problem and apply the best solution.
