Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the terms, deadlines and conditions under which LMX-Digital accepts returns.


1) Return Period (30 Days)

The customer has the right to request a full refund within 30 (thirty) calendar days following the delivery date of the order.

The “delivery date” is considered to be the moment when the license code or digital product is sent to the email address provided by the customer.

2) Eligibility Conditions

For a refund request to be approved, one of the following conditions must be met:

  • Right of Withdrawal (No Reason): The customer may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, without justification, provided that the digital product (license/key) has NOT been activated, redeemed or used.
  • Non-Delivery: The product did not arrive in the email and support confirms it cannot be delivered.
  • Defective Product: The license key is invalid, does not activate the official software or presents technical errors that our support cannot resolve.
  • Incorrect Product: A different version, edition or region than the one purchased was delivered.

3) Exchange Policy

Yes, we accept exchanges. If the customer wishes to exchange a product for another version, edition or different software:

  • The original product must NOT have been activated.
  • The request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • If there is a price difference, the customer must pay the difference or will receive a store credit.

4) Product Condition for Return

As these are digital products:

  • Non-activated products: Eligible for a full refund for any reason (including withdrawal).
  • Activated products: Only eligible for a refund in case of proven technical defect, non-delivery or incorrect product.

5) Exceptions and Restrictions

Due to the digital and irrevocable nature of software licenses, refunds for withdrawal will NOT be processed in the following cases:

  • The product has already been activated, redeemed or successfully used.
  • Purchase made in error due to incompatibility, when system requirements were clearly indicated on the product page.
  • Reasonable indications of fraud, abuse of the return policy or malicious duplicate purchases.

Note: Refunds for defective product, non-delivery or incorrect product remain valid even if the product was activated.

6) Return Costs

As these are digitally delivered products:

  • Return cost for the customer: $0.00 (Free).
  • Restocking fees: Not applicable ($0.00).
  • Return method: No physical shipment required. The customer only needs to contact support.

7) Request Process and Response Times

Step 1: Request
The customer must contact our team through:

  2. Order number – Order code (e.g. #12345)
  3. Purchase email – Email used in the transaction
  4. Reason – Brief description of the issue
  5. Screenshot – If there is a technical error (optional)

Step 2: Review (1 to 2 business days)
Our team will review the license status and respond within a maximum of 48 hours approving the refund or suggesting a technical solution.

Step 3: Refund (7 business days)
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the same original payment method. The time for the balance to appear in your account depends exclusively on your bank or card issuer.

8) Disputes and Chargebacks

We strongly request that you contact our support before initiating a bank dispute. We have a 99% resolution rate through our direct channel, which is faster than the banking process.
